GMM Zeda CNC automatic bridge sawing and moulding machine with 370° head rotation and a -15° to -105° tilting head for blades 925mm up to an optional 1300mm diameter. The GMM Zeda CNC is a large size sawing machine with the option of a 1600mm rise and fall of the Z axis, accurate and fast thanks to brushless motors and rotating elements guides, appropriate both for repetitive processing and for processing of single parts also with vertical or inclined cuts, parallel, orthogonal and oblique.
Optional extras available are Profile & Shapes for mouldings and also the highly regarded ‘Cuts from CAD / MiniCAD’ where shapes can be drawn on computer and saved as a DXF and downloaded with a USB key or via network into the machine for cutting. In addition there are drawing programs available which allow the operator to create DXF shapes to cut directly on the screen, (for Profiles or Cad cutting) negating the need for all drawings to be done on a PC first. The machine has a cast iron bridge meaning incredible strength and accuracy over a long period of time. A large range of options are available including lathe and full 5 axis routing operations using Alphacam software.
