The GMM Brio CNC bridge sawing machine with a 360 degree rotating head for blades up to 625mm in diameter. The machine has a manual tilting head (automatic as an option). An ideal machine for all types of workshops, easy to use, compact and efficient. It can be manually operated or can perform automatically parallel, perpendicular and diagonal cuts using head orientation and the interpolation of fast movements on re-circulating ball slide guides, without requiring the rotation of the table.
GMM Brio Bridge Extras
Standard software includes polygons, circumferences & arches. Optional extras available for the GMM Brio are Profile & Shapes for mouldings and also the highly regarded ‘Cuts from CAD / MiniCAD’ where shapes can be drawn on computer and saved as a DXF and downloaded with a USB key or via network into the machine for cutting.
In addition there are drawing programs available which allow the operator to create dxf shapes to cut directly on the screen, negating the need for all drawings to be done on a PC first.
The GMM Brio machine is equipped with the new generation control system with touch screen and user friendly interface. The Brio easy is designed for concrete walls or a monobloc version is available including tilting table.
