At Roccia Machinery Ltd, our number one priority has always been the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, suppliers and customers.
Our thoughts and compassion are with those who have been personally affected by this virus, either directly or indirectly, and we are doing all we can as a business to contain the spread of COVID-19 to keep our teams, our customers and everyone involved in our business safe.
Our office site complies with Covid Safety protocols and our staff are available to answer phones and emails. We have restricted access to any external visitors to further limit any exposure.
Wherever possible we are remotely accessing machinery in order to support our clients. If this is not possible, our engineers are attending sites in a Covid Safe manner. PPE has been supplied to our engineers and will be worn for the duration of site visits. All we ask is that you respect their space and ensure there is only one point of contact on site.
We are closely and continually monitoring all advice given by the government. This information will inform all of our future business decisions and actions.
